Do you need administrator access?

No. We work with read-only access. We make no changes without your written agreement.

How much time does it take on our side?

Around 10 minutes to create access, then 30 minutes for the debrief.

What if I want an audit of my entire IT environment?

The check-up covers Microsoft 365. For workstations, servers, networks and on-site backups, we prepare a quotation after an initial 15-minute discussion.

What happens to access after the check-up?

We ask you to remove it as soon as the debrief is complete, and show you how.
