Sunitech, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland, receives enquiries about the website and your data at contact@sunitech.ch or on +41 22 303 00 47. Visits are by appointment. This notice describes the processing carried out on sunitech.ch.

When you send a request, we record your name, company if provided, email address, phone number if provided and message. We also retain the subject, the page from which the request was sent, the language and the date you agreed to be contacted.

This information is stored in our Strapi system to process and follow up your request. Only authorised administrators can access it. Requests are not accessible through the public API and are not published on the website. This form does not send an automatic email.

Please do not include passwords, medical information or other sensitive data in your message.

We use the information from the form to understand your needs, respond and prepare the discussions you have requested. It is retained for as long as necessary to process and follow up your request, then in line with applicable obligations if a contractual relationship is established. You can ask us for further details or to delete your request.

The server retains technical logs needed for its operation and security. The form's anti-abuse control temporarily uses the IP address to limit attempts; it is not stored in the contact record.

Google Analytics 4 is used only if you accept analytics. The Google script is not loaded before you agree. It measures page views and general interactions with the website. Advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time using the Cookies link in the footer. Declining does not prevent access to the website or use of the form.

When you accept, Google may process browsing information and technical identifiers under its privacy policy. This service may involve processing outside Switzerland.

The website, fonts, illustrations and CMS are hosted on our server with Infomaniak. Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to our own API. Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube or external documentation open third-party services; no embedded social modules are loaded on the pages.

These providers apply their own rules when you visit their services.

You can contact us at contact@sunitech.ch to request information about your personal data, its correction or deletion, or to ask a question about how it is used. Provide the details needed to locate your request, without sending credentials or sensitive documents in your first message.
